Ferosom Sachets require only one dose per day and can be taken with or without food. Absorption is not affected by foods drinks that contain caffeine or calcium. You can pour the contents in the sachet directly into your mouth to dissolve or mix it into water, a juice smoothie or even yogurt. Do not mix the sachet into anything hot.
